A multidisciplinary team identified key drivers for nonadherence to ideal audiological follow-up and applied interventions to enhance adherence. Crucial motorists included provider techniques and choices, clinic logistics and circulation, and patient/family understanding and education. Several interventions were implemented between 2016 and 2020, including establishing an evidence-based audiologic protocol, making the most of usage of audiologic center visits across numerous departments, cleft team education, and enhanced staff interaction. After utilization of interventions between 2016 and 2020, adherence to recommendedg strategies to boost accessibility to care, team member and household education, and improved staff communication.
